Job summary

One10, LLC is seeking a Manager of Purchasing and Design to lead a team delivering travel and events budgets, proposals and contracts. You will plan staffing, mentor staff, and ensure timely completion of project work while driving profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires a ten-year background in meetings/incentive and event management, strong contract expertise, and ability to travel as needed. This is a remote, full-time position with competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum ten years of meeting/incentive & event management experience.
• Strong contract expertise and client/supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor staffing and workload for Purchasing & Design team.
• Mentor and train direct reports on processes and expectations.
• Review budgets, proformas and client/supplier contracts for accuracy.
• Lead client presentations and participate in proposal kick-offs.
• Travel as needed to support events and client engagements.
