Job summary

One10 is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end incentive travel programs, including domestic and international events. You will partner with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver exceptional experiences from planning through post-program reconciliation.

The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and travel logistics expertise, with a focus on high-touch VIP experiences and seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of meeting and event management experience.
• Experience leading incentive travel programs with 250+ attendees preferred.
• Strong budgeting, logistics, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex incentive travel programs.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding meetings and addressing needs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, hotels, venues, F&B, travel, and vendors.
• Develop concepts and destination experiences aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for groups.
• Oversee project teams and mentor Event Managers.
• Identify risks and support contingency and crisis planning.
• Conduct post-program debriefs and client-retention efforts.
