Job summary

One10 is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end incentive travel programs for 250+ attendees across domestic and international sites. You will act as the main client contact, orchestrating meetings, budgets, venues, travel, and vendor coordination to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, overseeing travel logistics, managing finances, and mentoring Event Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; travel emphasis preferred.
• 6+ years of meeting and event management experience.
• Experience with 250+ attendee incentive programs.
• Experience negotiating hotels, DMCs, transportation, and other travel suppliers.
• Strong understanding of group travel operations and attendee logistics.
• Experience managing executive/VIP attendees and delivering high-touch experiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor Event Managers.
• Comfortable juggling multiple complex programs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of incentive travel programs, including 250+ attendees.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding meetings and managing expectations.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, hotels, venues, F&B, travel, vendors, and registration.
• Develop creative program concepts and destination experiences.
• Manage domestic and international travel logistics and visas.
• Own program financials, including billing and reconciliation.
• Source and manage hotels, DMCs, transport, and activity partners.
• Lead internal/external project teams and mentor Event Managers.
• Identify risks and support contingency and crisis planning.
• Conduct debriefs and drive account growth.
