Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of extensive meeting/incentive & event management experience.
• Client and supplier contract expertise.
• 2-3 years' experience in delegating and leading individuals/teams.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven ability in project management and financial aptitude.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor staffing and workload, ensuring resources meet deliverables.
• Participate in hiring decisions.
• Mentor and train direct reports on processes and expectations.
• Provide performance feedback via regular one-on-ones.
• Oversee all project work on assigned workload.
• Drive client Playbooks to improve team performance.
• Attend proposal kick-offs and turnover meetings.
• Review budgets and proformas.
• Proof client and supplier contracts with specialists.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships including hotels and DMCs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
