You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and direct complex projects from concept through construction, while aligning with HDR’s standards and growth strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field; 10+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and win new work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, control, direction, and quality of Pump Station and Pipelines BC in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Plan, direct, and oversee large-scale multi-discipline projects with technical complexity.
• Manage staff workloads, recruiting, and professional development.
• Develop and implement project contracts, scopes, and cost estimates; support proposal development.
