HDR is seeking a Senior Business Class Leader for Pump Station and Pipelines in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will plan, direct, and oversee large multi-discipline projects, build client relations, and guide staff across areas such as design, inspection, and construction management.

A degree in a related field and 10 years of experience are required. You will champion quality, training, and business growth while coordinating with structural, geotechnical, civil, and GIS teams, and HDR’s regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience in related roles.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with technical capabilities within Pump Station and Pipelines BC.
• Deliver and supervise BC staff; align with national initiatives across local operations.
• Maintain QA/QC procedures and best practices.
• Manage staff workloads and recruiting as needed; train and mentor staff.
• Build strong client relationships and participate in project development and proposals.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and HDR regions to execute projects.
