Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to drive growth and quality for Pump Station and Pipelines across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role directs multi-discipline teams, manages budgets and schedules, and maintains client relationships while coordinating with corporate leaders.

The candidate will oversee planning, design, inspection, and construction management of pump stations and pipelines for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infra projects, with a focus on quality and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading projects and teams.
• Licensed professional engineer or registered in engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pump Station and Pipelines BC team across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
• Direct and oversee large-scale multi-discipline projects with technical complexity.
• Develop client relationships and participate in project development and contract documents.
