Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of mechanical design experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Direct experience designing mud pumps, positive displacement pumps or frac pumps required.
• Proficiency with CAD and FEA tools; ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical equipment and pump systems.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and 3D CAD models.
• Perform stress/FEA analysis to assess strength and reliability.
• Review drawings, tolerances, and technical documentation for quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and cross‑functional teams throughout development.
