CTS-Complete Technical Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and refine mud pumps, frac pumps, and related equipment.

You will lead mechanical design, perform stress analyses, create layouts, review drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, efficient solutions.

Applicants should have 5+ years in machine design, CAD/FEA proficiency, and experience with API 6A/7K/8C and ISO/API Q1 facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in development of machine and mechanical systems.
• Mud Pump, positive displacement pump, frac pumps, or related equipment design experience.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (Creo, Inventor, SolidWorks) and FEA tools (Ansys).
• Ability to read P&ID, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• ISO/API Q1 manufacturing facility experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with API 6A, 7K, 8C desirable.

• Provide engineering expertise for mechanical equipment, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Conceptualize innovative mechanical designs with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Perform stress analysis to ensure integrity and durability.
• Produce detailed design layouts and drawings to standards.
• Conduct tolerance studies and review design documentation.
• Research and specify purchased components for cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement test plans for components and systems.
• Generate engineering reports documenting analyses and outcomes.
• Stay updated with latest hardware and software technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initial equipment conception and specs.
