Corner Alliance is seeking a Publishing Automation & 508 Accessibility Specialist with 5+ years of relevant experience to support a Federal client. You will remediate Section 508 documents, prepare print-ready reports in InDesign, and build VBA macro-enabled Word templates while handling publishing tickets in ServiceNow.

The role emphasizes automated, cloud-based publishing workflows and close collaboration with government stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in accessibility or publishing.
• Strong Section 508 remediation experience with complex PDFs and forms.
• Hands-on with CommonLook Office and Acrobat Pro for accessibility testing.
• Proficient in InDesign for print templates and preflight checks.
• Experience developing/troubleshooting VBA macros and templates in Word.
• Solid understanding of Word styles, templates, and long-document production.
• Experience with ServiceNow and meeting SLA-driven deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues clearly.
• US citizenship or permanent resident and ability to pass clearance/suitability.

Responsabilidades

• Create Section 508-compliant PDFs from Word and remediate PDFs and forms using Acrobat Pro and CommonLook.
• Format reports in InDesign for print production and perform preflight checks.
• Develop and troubleshoot VBA macros and macro-enabled Word templates.
• Resolve ServiceNow incidents and publishing workflow issues within SLA.
• Identify recurring tasks and advocate cloud-based, HTML-oriented publishing.
• Follow SOPs and improve workflows across Microsoft Office and Adobe apps.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leads and government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government clients and prime contractors; share knowledge with teammates.
• Support Corner Alliance commitments to deliver, grow, and thrive.
