Job summary

Corner Alliance, Inc. seeks a Publishing Automation & 508 Accessibility Specialist to remotely support a federal government client. You will remediate documents for Section 508, prepare print-ready reports in InDesign, and develop Word VBA templates while addressing tickets in ServiceNow.

You will help modernize publishing toward cloud-based, HTML-oriented workflows and AI-enabled processes, with regular updates to leads and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in document accessibility, publishing, or technical support.
• Proven Section 508 remediation experience with complex PDFs and forms.
• Hands-on proficiency with CommonLook Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and print-ready formatting.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Microsoft Word VBA macros and templates.
• Familiar with ServiceNow ticket management and SLA-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Create Section 508‑compliant PDFs from Word and remediate PDFs and forms.
• Format reports for print production in InDesign and perform Preflight checks.
• Develop and troubleshoot Word VBA macros and template workflows.
• Resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests within SLA across Office/Adobe workflows.
• Identify recurring issues and automate steps toward cloud-based publishing.
• Collaborate with government clients and prime contractor teams.
