Job summary

TripleLift is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Supply to drive publisher performance and revenue across a defined portfolio. The role serves as the primary contact for publishers, delivering strategic guidance and data-driven recommendations to unlock monetization opportunities and maximize long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account management.
• Understanding of publisher monetization strategies and the programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of publisher accounts, ensuring revenue growth and retention.
• Understand publisher business objectives and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Technical Operations and Product to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Support onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, pacing, and overall account health.
• Contribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvements.
• Participate in QBRs and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients.
