Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required; PhD/PharmD preferred.
• 4–5 years of medical/scientific publications experience in pharma or medical communications.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Knowledge of publication regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assigned assets.
• Drive execution of publication plans including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and talks.
• Ensure quality and alignment with strategic platforms and regulatory guidelines.
• Partner with Directors to manage budgets and resources.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to staff.
