Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (PhD/PharmD/Master’s) preferred; CMPP/AMWA a plus.
• 4–5 years of medical/scientific publications experience; pharma or medical comms background preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assigned assets and drive publication plan execution.
• Oversee tactical execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations within timelines and budgets.
• Review publications for quality, alignment with platforms, and supporting communications.
• Partner with Directors to manage outsourcing budgets and internal resources.
• Supervise internal/external writers and ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Direct external vendors to complete projects within timelines and budget.
• Ensure performance assessments and staff development.
• Resolve publication-related issues and maintain publication records accuracy.
