Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Publications Teams for assigned assets, guiding publication plans with input from global stakeholders.
• Lead tactical execution of publication plans (clinical manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations) within timelines and budgets.
• Review all publications in assigned TA for quality and alignment with platforms and communications.
• Partner with Scientific Communications Director to align strategic plans with publication plan and tactics.
• Manage outsourcing budget and internal resource needs for assigned assets.
• Provide direction to internal and external medical writers to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Mentor staff; conduct performance assessments and address personnel issues.
• Resolve publications-related issues; maintain publication records and resourcing data.
