Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• A minimum of seven years of project management, engineering, or construction management experience on commercial/public works projects.
• Prior public sector project experience and knowledge of public contracting code.

Responsibilities

• Manages all facets of the construction and close-out phase of assigned projects.
• Prepares progress reports for upper management on status and progress.
• Coordinates with public agencies during pre-construction and construction.
• Manages budget and schedule to meet client standards and reflects status.
• Reviews contractor submittals and Change Orders; addresses schedule impacts.
