Job summary

Cumming Group in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead public works projects from pre-construction through close-out. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least seven years' experience in project management, engineering, or construction management on commercial/public works.
• Experience with public sector projects and public contracting code.
• Experience with EV infrastructure, libraries, museums, or municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages all facets of construction and close-out of assigned projects.
• Plans, organizes, and prepares status reports for upper management.
• Coordinates with public agencies during pre-construction and construction.
• Monitors project budget and schedule; reports monthly.
• Reviews contractor submittals and manages Change Orders.
• Monitors payments and administers Professional Service Agreements.
