You will oversee planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with public-sector standards and requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in project management, engineering, or construction management for public-sector projects.
• Experience working with the Division of State Architects (DSA) is required.
• Professional certifications (CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team for large programs or multiple projects.
• Define the technical scope and manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet objectives.
• Review cost estimates and resolve conflicts at the project level.
• Provide regular client communication and monthly/weekly/daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with public-sector standards and requirements.
• Support business development and maintain favorable references.
