Job summary
Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery and client engagement efforts on a group of strategic government contracts.

Qualifications
- Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs/projects.
- Must work east coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA by various modes.
- Experience with state government agencies, government contracting, and audit trails.
Responsibilities
- Exceed government partner expectations by cultivating trusting relationships and maintaining high situational awareness at agency level.
- Detect risks early and collaborate with delivery team to resolve them (delivery, process, staffing, finances).
- Engage clients to ensure needs are met, understand vision, and transparently communicate progress.
