QA Ltd is seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Manager to lead growth in the public sector. You will own a portfolio of organisations, identify opportunities, and drive value through strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across complex procurements.

You will cultivate new business, expand dormant accounts, and deliver sustainable revenue growth by aligning QA’s portfolio with customer priorities and transformation needs.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience with proven ability to open doors and grow accounts.
• Ability to manage complex public sector relationships and procurement processes.
• Experience building and expanding enterprise-level client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of public sector organisations with strategic impact.
