Job summary

OpenGov Inc. seeks a Solutions Architect – Strategic Projects to join the Strategic Projects Team, focusing on QA, validation, and design for complex government software implementations in the PS portfolio.

The role emphasizes hands-on QA, building validation frameworks, leading UAT in multi-stakeholder environments, and ensuring configurations work in the field, with collaboration from senior architects and delivery leads.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in enterprise software implementation or QA
• Experience leading QA and validation on multi-workstream programs
• Proven ability to translate requirements into test plans
• Familiarity with government technology programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end test plans across multi-product deployments.
• Lead UAT planning and execution with clients and delivery teams.
• Translate requirements into configuration-tested designs with delivery leads.
• Document quality patterns and flag delivery risks for leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Change Management on readiness and go-live sequencing.
