Job summary

AWS seeks a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our Worldwide Public Sector team. You will guide customers through cloud adoption, value realization, enablement, and governance to accelerate transformation and realize sustained business value.

Travel 25–40% is required; US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are mandatory. You will collaborate with executives and project teams to earn trust and drive cloud strategies aligned with missions across government customers.

• Experience guiding customers through cloud adoption and value realization.
• Ability to enable organizations to achieve cloud readiness and skills growth.
• Experience establishing operating models and governance for cloud transformation.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customers across the cloud transformation journey, from value realization to governance.
• Identify and accelerate realization of value through AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices.
• Help customers achieve cloud readiness and skills via training partners and accelerators.
• Establish and mature operating models to drive scale and long-term success.
