Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Software Consultant who blends technical aptitude with exceptional listening and facilitation skills to guide public sector clients in maximizing the value of Euna Budget Pro. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, translate needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact budgeting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development (and/or implementations), consulting, or project management.
• Strong consultative presence—excellent listening, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with a consultative mindset, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
• Analyze client business processes and public-sector budgeting workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Deliver advisory, guidance, and project-based work through time-and-materials engagements.
• Support engagements—from Day 2 implementation rollouts to full-scale system and business process optimization initiatives.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and collaborate with development, report writers, and cross-functional teammates to design feasible, high-impact solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of requirements.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by sharing best practices for budgeting, software usage, and organizational transformation.
• Provide technical product demonstrations and craft clear, compelling materials that communicate the recommended path forward.
• Stay informed about industry trends, budgeting practices, and evolving product capabilities.
