Euna Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value for public sector B2B SaaS customers. You will partner with executives, project managers, and end users to ensure outcomes align with goals and maximize product impact.

You will design success plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upsell opportunities. Hybrid work in Atlanta.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success or related areas.
• Proven track record of developing and executing client success strategies.
• Experience in project management and handling multiple projects.
• Proficient use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of our B2B SaaS product and its public sector use cases.
• Lead regular meetings with executives, project managers, business analysts, end users and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and align goals to deliver value.
• Design and execute customer success plans to maximize product value.
• Monitor progress with regular check-ins and address issues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Analyze customer data to identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Prepare customer estimates, quotes and contract amendments, managing upsell opportunities in Salesforce.
• Track customer health indicators and respond to retention risks.
• Manage surveys (NPS, CSAT, implementation) and feedback.
• Attend webinars and events to engage customers and grow the community.
