S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. in Racine, Wisconsin seeks a Senior Analyst, PSM to lead the site’s Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan programs. You will act as SME for MOC and collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering to ensure compliance with legal requirements and SCJ standards.

The role includes coordinating PHA analyses, leading training deployments, and driving corrective actions from safety audits, with travel limited and a strong focus on site safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Science or related discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of engineering, quality, maintenance or safety health environmental technical responsibility in a manufacturing setting.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the site SME for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP; leads Management of Change to control hazards and environmental impacts.
• Supports PSM/RMP metrics, data interpretation and improvement opportunities for safety performance.
• Collaborates with engineering and maintenance to document inspections and preventive maintenance for high-hazard processes.
• Develops and deploys PSM training; ensures training objectives are met.
• Coordinates Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and revalidations for covered processes.
• Manages corrective/preventive actions from PSM/RMP audits and incident investigations.
