Stratas Foods LLC is seeking a Senior Process Safety Analyst with PSM and RMP experience to lead the company’s total process safety program. The role involves developing, implementing, and continuously improving safety standards across multiple facilities, including ammonia and CO2 systems, with travel up to 25%.

The position can be based in Decatur, IL or Memphis, TN and reports to the Environmental Manager.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Safety Engineering; 5+ years of PSM/RMP experience.
• Experience auditing OSHA PSM and EPA RMP in industrial settings.
• Proficiency with PHA software and EPA RMP submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and improve Stratas Foods' total process safety management program.
• Oversee regulatory compliance including OSHA PSM and EPA RMP.
• Lead risk assessments and hazard analyses across facilities.
• Coordinate pressure vessel inspections and maintain asset integrity.
• Provide training, audits, and contractor safety management.
