SC Johnson seeks a Senior Analyst, PSM to serve as the site expert on OSHA PSM and EPA RMP, leading activities with operations, maintenance and engineering to ensure compliance with legal requirements and SCJ standards.

You will deploy PSM training, coordinate PHA analyses, manage corrective actions, and drive training to ensure competency across the site. The role involves direct interaction with site leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of Engineering, Quality, Maintenance or Safety Health Environmental technical responsibility in a manufacturing setting.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Owns Management of Change system to evaluate health/safety hazards and environmental impacts from changes.
• Supports PSM/RMP metric generation and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates with engineering and maintenance to ensure inspections and preventive maintenance are documented.
