Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Safety Engineering.
• 5+ years of post-education experience in OSHA PSM and RMP programs.
• Knowledge of chemical engineering and process safety principles; multi-plant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve Stratas Foods' total process safety management systems for regulated and non-regulated processes.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP; act as company PSM/RMP liaison.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and control strategies across facilities.
• Coordinate regulatory submittals and maintain RAGAGEP and safety documentation.
• Lead training, audits, and investigations; drive corrective actions and lessons learned.
