Job summary
SC Johnson in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Analyst, PSM to serve as the site SME for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance. You will provide technical leadership for Management of Change and collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering to build competence and ensure legal and SCJ standards are met.
You will own the MOC process, help drive PSM metrics, coordinate PHAs, deploy training, investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to strengthen safety performance across the site while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Science).
- 1-3 years in engineering, quality, maintenance or safety in manufacturing.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Process owner for the Management of Change system.
- Support PSM/RMP metrics and data interpretation.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance for inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Develop and deploy PSM training.
- Coordinate Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and revalidations.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions for PSM/RMP audits.
- Maintain training programs for PSM/RMP processes.
- Lead incident investigations and drive improvements.
