Our client, based in Wisconsin, is seeking a Process Safety Manager (PSM) to join their team.

This role requires the individual to be on-site 5 days a week.

• Develop and implement all PSM required operating procedures, organize and provide mandated training across organization.
• Organizes and provides leadership concerning all 14 elements of PSM by reading and reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings, and procedures.
• Gathers and organizes all Process Safety Information for all PSM covered processes at applicable PSM required facilities.
• Ensure company is compliant with any recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices for flammable and formaldehyde systems.
• Reviews and/or coordinates all mechanical integrity process inspections.
• Reviews system-altering processes prior to implementation of such changes.
• Organizes and provides PSM-mandated training to all applicable employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations throughout all locations of organization.
• Knowledge in safety engineering, operations, and chemical industry.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of industry experience.
