Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Sr PSM Coordinator in the Engineering domain to identify, analyze, and control occupational hazards across our downstream operations. This role focuses on applying principles from industrial processes, mechanics, psychology, physiology, and safety laws to ensure safe worksites and compliant equipment.

You will support the EHS system and drive continual improvements in process safety management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of related experience required.
• No licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and control occupational hazards and promote worksite safety.
• Advise on structural safety requirements based on failure mode analysis.
• Design protective equipment or safety devices and redesign equipment to eliminate hazards.
• Develop standards setting tolerances, stress ratios, and material strength.
