Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to PHMSA and OSHA Process Safety Management standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and pre-startup safety reviews.
• Assist with management of change (MOC) processes.
• Provide support for new plant and pipeline construction with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering on process and pipeline safety requirements.
