Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Process Safety Manager to join the Refinery Leadership Team. You will provide leadership for EPA RMP and process safety obligations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations across our Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana facilities.

You will develop and implement process safety programs, manage regulatory relationships, and mentor teams to sustain a strong safety culture while coordinating with Corporate Environmental and Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Chemical Engineering Degree (Required)
• Two (2) or more years Management experience (Required)
• Eight (8) or more years Related experience in refining, petrochemical, or chemical industry (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Safety Management across refinery operations.
• Ensure compliance with EPA RMP and federal/state regulations.
• Develop and implement process safety programs and training.
• Collaborate with regulators, contractors, and corporate regulatory affairs.
• Provide data, investigations, and corrective actions related to incidents.
