Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, PsA Market Research & Insights to lead insight generation for pre-launch planning, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization in psoriatic arthritis. You will partner with the PsA lead to define key questions and execute an integrated research plan across HCPs and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree ( MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD ) strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of pharma market research or related experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Experience with pre-launch planning or launches.
• PsA, immunology, rheumatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research from design to recommendations.
• Develop HCP and patient segmentation for targeting and messaging.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Patient Marketing, Market Access, and Analytics.
• Manage external research partners, budgets, and timelines.
• Establish pre-launch baselines and tracking tied to launch performance.
