MoonLake Immunotherapeutics in Miami seeks an Associate Director, PsA Market Research & Insights to lead end-to-end research shaping pre-launch, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization for psoriatic arthritis. You will guide HCP and patient studies, drive segmentation, and translate findings into positioning and campaigns.

Collaborating with analytics and cross-functional teams, you will shape strategy, manage external partners, and support informed decision-making across the launch

Qualifications

• Strong qualitative and quantitative research expertise to frame business questions and choose methods.
• Ability to synthesize research, secondary data, and market intelligence into actionable insights.
• Experience designing end-to-end market research and translating findings into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research from question framing to recommendations.
• Develop and refine HCP and patient segmentation linked to messaging and engagement.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Patient Marketing, and Analytics to inform launch actions.
• Manage external research vendors, budgets, and timelines in line with policy.
