Broadridge is seeking a senior level Project Manager to drive growth in the Governance and Communication product suite, focusing on a new offering tentatively named the Retail Proxy Voting Choice Platform. You will partner with marketing, technology, client services, sales and operations to deliver value to clients.

The role emphasizes delivering successful product launches, a strong client experience, and collaboration across teams, with remote work and limited travel for team learning.

Qualifications

• Proxy governance and communication knowledge or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of Agile, Agile/Waterfall hybrid and/or Steel Threads.
• Product focused sales – able to work side-by-side with sales to ensure product features and value proposition are clear.
• Project management – strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high quality execution.
• Critical thinking/analysis – evaluate client needs and recommend product enhancements.
• Teamwork/collaboration – collaborates across teams and can work independently when required.
• Client focus – build client-facing relationships and understand current and future needs.
• Communications/presentation skills – strong oral and written skills across internal functions and with clients.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth in the Governance and Communication product suite and create/maintain a positive client experience for new offerings.
• Partner with marketing, technology, client services, sales and operations to deliver client value.
• Manage or support project build, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement materials.
• Contribute to pricing and commercials strategy and client interviews on market needs.
• Collaborate to ensure successful launch and ongoing product improvements.
