Job summary

Broadridge seeks a strategic, execution-oriented VP, Product Management – Digital Assets Proxy to lead strategy, development, and ongoing management of its Digital Assets Proxy capabilities.

This highly visible leadership role will define the product vision and roadmap for innovative, scalable, and compliant digital assets proxy solutions that address the evolving needs of institutional clients and support Broadridge’s long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex product platforms from strategy through execution and commercialization.
• Knowledge of digital assets and market infrastructure, including tokenized assets, custody, wallets, trading, or related areas.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments, preferably with SEC-regulated exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Digital Assets Proxy products.
• Develop positions on governance and market infrastructure and translate developments into actionable priorities.
• Identify client needs, market opportunities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and investments.
• Own development, launch, and enhancement of proxy-focused products aligned with demand and risk readiness.
• Build business cases with market sizing, financial analysis, pricing, ROI, and commercialization plans.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions and guide requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, compliance, risk, and control functions for regulatory alignment.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, and client teams.
• Establish performance measures using adoption data and market intelligence to improve outcomes.
• Serve as a senior thought partner on digital assets proxy strategy across Broadridge.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
