Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of mutual fund industry knowledge.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking skills.
• Able to conceptualize innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates implementation of multiple complex project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitors objectives, milestones, challenges, and budgets for top-tier clients.
• Identifies creative alternatives to project challenges and removes obstacles.
• Provides training and guidance to junior staff on project tasks.
• Models leadership and ensures adherence to Broadridge policies.
• Understands pricing models and billing procedures, communicating budget status to clients.
• Gleans technical guidance to consult with clients on system capabilities.
• Communicates across all organizational levels about project and proxy management.
• Leads tasks across data processing, typesetting, operations, programming, billing, and tabulation.
• Contributes to proposal and system enhancement efforts, including scoping.
