Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of compliance with recruiting standards and practices (EEO, OFCCP, immigration, job postings).
• Demonstrates accountability and a competitive drive to achieve excellence.
• Subject-matter expert in recruiting with a consultative style.
• Ability to execute plans and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to meet annual recruitment goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executives and stakeholders for recruitment needs.
• Manage requisition requests and create job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial vetting screenings of qualified applicants.
• Source and recruit for designated positions based on team bandwidth and impact.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment responsibilities and backfill planning.
• Develop proactive sourcing through networking and partnerships with schools.
• Use recruiting analytics to improve strategy and efficiency.
