Zusammenfassung

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a seasoned training and education professional to develop and update provider education materials and to lead education activities for providers, staff, suppliers, physicians, and beneficiaries. You will coordinate meetings, workshops, and teleconferences while building strong relationships with provider groups and state associations.

You will respond to educational needs, ensure alignment with government programs and HIPAA, and manage reporting

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated skills related to training materials development.
• Demonstrated skills related to classroom presentations to large groups.
• Working knowledge/understanding of government healthcare programs, HIPAA policies, procedures.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others.
• Ability to identify learning objectives.

Aufgaben

• Develops/prepares/reviews/updates all provider education materials.
• Conducts meetings, workshops, training classes with providers and staff.
• Develops relationships with providers and state/local associations.
• Responds to educational needs and coordinates with agencies.
• Performs administrative functions in support of education and training.
• Produces reports to management and provides feedback on activities.
