Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina seeks a Manager, Enrollment to lead the provider enrollment unit in Columbia, SC. The role oversees daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely provider enrollment and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with analytics and fraud teams, guide staff performance, and implement quality assurance practices while maintaining strong cross-department relationships and delivering essential reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field required.
• 5 years healthcare/insurance operations experience; 2 years leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to persuade or influence others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management oversight of enrollment staff and activities.
• Ensure accurate, timely enrollment and compliance with regulations.
• Direct fraud awareness and investigations efforts with analytics support.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and drive productivity and quality standards.
• Develop QA activities and prepare necessary reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement process improvements.
