The candidate will lead experiments, mentor junior staff, and manage lab resources while ensuring safety and adherence to standard techniques.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; additional experience may substitute for graduate degree.

Aufgaben

• Independently designs and executes complex experiments and implements plans.
• Analyzes data using spreadsheets and graphing software, including statistical analyses; prepares presentations and recommended next steps.
• Serves as SME and guides team members on experiments and procedures.
• Coordinates and manages the work of junior team members.
• Maintains lab supplies, equipment, inventory, and reagents; supports infrastructure monitoring.
