You will help ensure consistent, high-quality production of recombinant proteins using AKTA systems and gravity column chromatography, taking ownership of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with protein purification and AKTA systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute recombinant protein purification using AKTA systems and gravity column chromatography with supervision.
• Run purification workflows from small-scale to large-scale production with scale-up input.
• Troubleshoot expression and purification protocols to improve efficiency.
• Perform protein quantification, quality assessment, and characterization.
• Maintain detailed inventory records and adhere to SOPs and data integrity standards.
• Communicate progress and present findings to the supervisor and cross-functional teams.
