• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Oversee team performance including interconnection studies, capital project support, and modeling.
• Coordinate with Transmission Planning on impedance models.
• Interface with customers and regulators to justify scope and explain technical requirements.
• Oversee impedance model process with NYISO and regulatory compliance.
• Lead engineering from preliminary design through project completion for interconnections.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual performance reviews.
• Hire, orient, train, mentor, and develop team members.
