Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect management, research and moves management for major fundraising efforts.
• Develop and maintain a donor-centric prospect management system and Salesforce tracking.
• Oversee prospect identification using predictive and descriptive analytics and wealth screening.
• Coordinate portfolios and solicitation plans across central and unit-based fundraising initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and reporting aligns with campaign goals and ethics standards.
