Job summary

Aprahome in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management to act as a strategic engine behind fundraising success. You’ll translate analytics into clear strategy, coach frontline fundraisers, and shape how the institution builds transformational donor relationships.

You’ll lead a small team, optimize portfolios, and bridge Prospect Research with development leadership to drive consistent operations and measurable results across Leadership, Major, and Principal gifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in prospect management, fundraising, analytics, or nonprofit advancement.
• Experience handling confidential data with integrity and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize donor portfolios; analyze data to drive portfolio health and movement.
• Lead a team of 2–4 staff; coach and develop talent.
• Translate complex data trends into actionable cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Bridge relationships between Prospect Research, gift officers, and advancement leadership.
