Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum of seven years in a research or research-related environment.
• Experience with fundraising databases or research tools is desirable.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prospect research program and moves management system.
• Provide research on donors and prospects, including biographical and financial information.
• Develop and implement prospect strategies and cultivation approaches.
• Coordinate research activities for Advancement and improve processes with new systems.
• Oversee budget for research resources and electronic screening vendors.
• Stay current with research methods and contribute to staff training.
