Job summary

Scripps Research seeks a Senior Manager, Prospect Management & Research to lead the PMR program for select frontline fundraisers. You will shape donor portfolios, perform advanced prospect research, and coordinate with Business Intelligence to turn portfolio data into actionable insights for leadership.

The role requires 4+ years in prospect development, APRA knowledge, and strong communication. This on-site position at our La Jolla campus offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years in prospect development including research and management.
• Experience writing donor profiles and performing wealth screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated senior PMR liaison for assigned fundraisers and oversee the request queue.
• Lead portfolio reviews and direct vetting/approval of prospect assignments.
• Oversee data quality, QA, and reporting of portfolio metrics.
• Partner with BI to design Power BI dashboards for portfolios and pipelines.
• Maintain prospect management policies and training resources.
