Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in nonprofit or higher education fundraising.
• Experience in a prospect development or prospect management function is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with gift officers to manage prospects through the fundraising cycle.
• Hire, manage, coach, and mentor 2-4 prospect management staff.
• Maintain integrity of prospect data and deliver performance insights.
• Advise frontline fundraisers on prospect-management policies and processes.
