Responsibilities

• Collaborate with gift officers to move prospects through fundraising cycles.
• Hire, coach, and mentor 2-4 prospect management staff.
• Maintain data integrity and generate fundraising metrics.
• Advise frontline fundraisers on prospect management policies and processes.
• Monitor activity and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
